Cesar Augusto Taborda Lima
Admitted to the Brazilian Bar (OAB/PR) and LL.M. from Northeastern University School of Law, Boston, where he studied U.S. constitutional law and international trade.
He knows artificial intelligence from the builder’s side: as CEO of CasePatron he develops an immigration case management platform with AI assisted form preparation and a client portal. That experience underpins TL LAW’s work in artificial intelligence, data and technology, from contracts with model providers to breach response.
In practice he handles U.S. immigration, proceedings before the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files, international child abduction cases under the Hague Convention and asset recovery in cross-border fraud, including crypto assets. He advises companies on international contracts, foreign trade, customs drawback and sector regulation.
He authored a legislative proposal for a Brazilian National Agency for Migration and Integration and has produced webinars on international contracts, demurrage and legal certainty in foreign trade.
